To download files, you must have the FTP-client. We recommend using FileZilla. You can download FileZilla here: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php
Then you need to connect to the server usinf FTP client. Input data for connection will be as following:
FTP server address: ftp.mydomain.com
In alternative case you can use server IP address
Port: 21
Use the same username and password as for connection to cPanel
Files that will be available for website visitors will be located in the "public_html" folder.
