In order to make a full backup of your account data, you should perform the following steps:
- Log into cPanel control panel using https://firsthost.lv/en/cpanel/
- In "Files" section, click "Backup" icon.
- Then press "Dowload Full Website" button in "Full Backup" section.
- Type e-mail address which later will received notification that backup is created and press "Generate Backup" button.
- There will appear information about backup creation. Once the backup is created, you will be notified prior to the specified e-mail.
- After receiving the notification go back to the "Backup" section where you will find created backup that is ready for download.
- Press to the link to start backup downloading.
- After you save the backup it is desirable to remove it. To delete backup go to "Files" section and click "File Manager" icon. In "/ home" directory you will find the backup file you need to delete.
